Open an XRechnung online – free, right in your browser

How it works

  1. Upload the XML, ZUGFeRD PDF or ZIP file on the receipts page
  2. Pinke detects the format from the content and extracts the invoice data
  3. Optional: find the matching payment in your bank statement and link it

Both formats

XRechnung (plain XML) and ZUGFeRD/Factur-X (PDF with embedded XML) are detected from the file content — not the file name.

Payment matching

Pinke suggests matching bank transactions with a confidence percentage. Nothing is linked until you confirm.

Tax overview

Linked invoices appear in the tax overview with yearly totals and CSV export.

No data resale

No ads, no tracking, no data resale. Your invoices stay in your own workspace and can be deleted anytime.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between XRechnung and ZUGFeRD?

XRechnung is an invoice as plain XML without a visual document — German public authorities require it. ZUGFeRD (also Factur-X) is a regular PDF with the same structured data embedded. Both carry seller, invoice number, dates and the VAT breakdown in machine-readable form.

Can I open an XRechnung without special software?

Opened in a browser, the XML file only shows markup. Pinke extracts invoice number, date, seller and the net/VAT/gross totals from both formats and shows them as a normal table row — free and without installation.

Does it work with scanned PDF invoices?

No. A scan contains no structured data. Pinke rejects such files with a clear message instead of creating an empty row. Accepted are .xml, ZUGFeRD .pdf and .zip archives containing either.

How much does the e-invoice viewer cost?

Nothing. Pinke is free to use, runs in the browser and shows sample data before you upload your own files.
